- Le projet est la réhabilitation d'anciens sièges sociaux en 50 appartements de luxe.

- Les bâtiments font partie du Complexe Aquilini dans le Vieux-Montréal.

- Le projet inclu l'ajout de 4 étages à l'édifice du départ.

En faisant ma petite recherche de photos du projet sur le site de Michelange Panzini, j'ai découvert que ce projet fait parti d'une vaste réhabilitation de ce coin de la rue St-Jacques, incluant l'édifice Banque Royale et L'édifice du Trust National.

The 4 extra floors are built, and have been for many years, they were just left in an incomplete state after the original plan was scraped. This is an Old Montreal site, so very strict design rules come in play. I'm glad this project will see the day!

 

(Sorry to resurrect an old thread... i was just passing by)

 

I'll take pictures of this tomorrow for those who don't pass by St-James street too often. It's such a lovely place.

 

Actually it'll be kind of weird to see those 4 barren incomplete floors finished, it's been like that for so long...
