L'espoir auquel il fait référence est de voir un nouveau stade de baseball construit dans le secteur du Bassin Peel. Cet espoir semblait compromis par le développement de Devimco. Yeah, I know what you were referring to. Its unfortunate, but we can't forever keep this land in the state its in. Lots of neighbourhoods of large cities were quarantined and lots of people died in these areas. For example, plenty of burial pits of plague victimes are underneath London's dt core (close to Liverpool St Station).
