Agreed. I'm baffled the VM borough doesn't allow more than 15 flrs on this side of de Bleury St. I mean, we're allowing 16 flrs in a now wide swath of N-E LaSalle borough! 😑

I understand there's the beautiful StPat cathedral a block W, and that we shouldn't enclose it within an adjacent wall of towers, but Bleury isn't what i'd call adjacent, especially as this block's much wider than the average E-W block dt!
