It certainly is, but it's more expensive and time consuming. Je suis vraiment content qu'on ait réussi à intégrer un nouveau bâtiment neuf à l'intérieur de ce volume restreint, tout en préservant la façade ancienne. On aura redonné vie à un immeuble disparu dans une version moderne, mais traitée à l'ancienne côté rue. Bravo pour avoir protégé l'intégrité architecturale de la rue Notre-Dame dont le caractère assez homogène sur ce segment méritait qu'on fasse l'effort de préservation.
