Cette grue (photo prise mardi) est-elle vraiment pour le terrain avec la façade suspendue depuis des années ? Je sais que le bâtiment situé sur la rue de Brésoles à la jonction de Marie-Morin est actuellement en travaux (on les voit sur Streetview). J'ai remarqué que beaucoup de camions sont passer ces dernières mois : démolition, béton, et plus encore. Il semble qu'ils ont aussi quelques étages construits maintenant. I want to say yes, I don't see the base of the crane nearby. The roads are very narrow, so maybe they need to lift materials from St Laurent into the building? Not that I saw any of that, crane wasn't even moving the past few times I passed by. Sometimes if the timing is right (lunch, end of day) they have the doors open and I can peak in. What part would you like to know more about? The two properties (51-53 rue de Brésoles and 22-26 Notre-Dame Ouest) have been combined into one lot number, and the construction going on is of a single new building stretching from Notre-Dame to de Brésoles. The Brésoles structure has been poured up the roof level, and the work is underway with the tower crane is to build the Notre-Dame structure.
