well in fairness L'Avenue sold 50+% in the 3 opening days. There seems to always be a "big bang" on the initial day of sales.

 

Exactly, that's the way it usually goes. It would be unrealistic to expect sales to continue on this kind of pace for the next 6 months. It might take them 12 or maybe even 15 months to sell all the units in both towers, but even if that were the case, that is absolutely NORMAL!!!

J'espère que le marché montréalais du condo maintenant saturé sera capable d'absorber ce merveilleux projet. Il viendrait compléter notre skyline renouvelé de l'ouest du centre-ville avec la Tour des Canadiens, L'Avenue, Rocabella et Icône.

Mark, have you learned nothing from your discussions on this message board? Sales at Avenue in November of last year were around 25 percent of the total available area and have climbed steadily since. They certainly were not stuck at 60 percent for 8 months. The denominator was constantly changing. Sales at YUL have been more promising, comparable to the pace at Icône, but not nearly as fast as la Tour des Canadiens. By spring, more than half of the units will likely be sold.

Je prendrais ce projet par dessus l'Avenue, c'est peu dire! Le promoteur n'hésite pas à mettre le paquet, ce qui en soit est de bonne augure.

En terme de mettre le paquet, L'Avenue n'a pas donné sa place non plus, ils ont multiplié les soirées et événements spéciaux en plus d'avoir le plus beau des bureaux des ventes de tous les projets.

Je rêve, ou bien les coût des unités me font penser à ce que ça aurait coûté dans l'Icône s'il avait été mis en vente y a 10 ans ou plus!!!

C'est quand même au c-v à 2 pas de Crescent, et un superbe projet! On pourrait s'attendre à ce que ça soit beaucoup plus cher, non? Ou bien sinon on apprendra sur le tard que les finitions extérieures (et intérieures) seront ultra-cheaps???
