  1. Carbonleo is investing almost two billion dollars of their own money, I'm sure they've done a lot more market research than any of us on this forum (in regards to the demand for a new shopping centre). I'm also sure that many details have changed between January and now; it's all part of the process. With regards to increased traffic congestion, I agree that it's probably the biggest drawback. However, it's important to keep in mind that most people don't shop between 7 am and 9 am, or 4 pm and 6 pm , Monday - Friday. The increased circulation will be mostly at night and on weekends. I realize that there are almost always issues in that area (I work on Royalmount) but that's another problem entirely. This is a much-needed investment in the area
  2. This fall, Broccolini is launching the much-anticipated residential development, Terra, in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. This multi-phase eco-friendly project will offer a total of 130 luxurious townhouses in divided co-ownership with square footages ranging from 1,371 square feet to more than 2,500 square feet. All models include a large deck, a private yard, a two-car garage and high-end finishes. Prices for the units will start at $449,900 (taxes included). Immediate access to the new REM light-rail network Scheduled to open in 2020, the new REM (light rail) station in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue will offer train departures to downtown Montreal every 10 to 15 minutes, 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. With the REM, users will be able to get from Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to downtown in less than 35 minutes. Terra’s strategic location also gives residents direct access to highways 40 and 20. 32% of greenspace within the community Terra is located within minutes of the Morgan Arboretum, a forest eco-territory of more than 245 hectares. The project will reflect this natural setting. Within the development itself, large expanses of untouched forestland will be preserved. These stretches of woodlands surround and wind through the development creating natural green boundaries and establishing Terra as a distinct and ecological community.

  7. Le patchage est peut-être plus blanc parce qu'ils l'ont traité avec une cure chimique. Peut importe le projet, il y a aura des déficiences. C'est inévitable... Overall this project is still a big plus!
  8. The acting is decent but the storyline is essentially pure fiction, which is disappointing. An Irish right-hand man lol....
  9. HEC intends to move their MBA program into this building
  10. Pas sur de la cause du délai, mais d'après moi c'est une demande des soumissionnaires.
  11. That's not what I'm saying at all... The point I'm trying to make is that the perception of the general public is extremely important for the business climate of a city.
  12. If thousands of people perceive Montreal to be on an upswing, why is there any opinion any less valid than the 3 or 4 people that you spoke to? In this case, quantity is more important than quality.
  13. L'info vient d'un ami qui travaille sur la soumission pour un des consortiums. Ils doivent déposer au plus tard le 29 septembre.
  14. Not sure if it was already mentioned but the bid closing is on September 29th
