if this project is just to be office and/or condos and isnt about to include any element to make it a part of the qds, shouldn't this thread be moved to the general "proposed" section ?

Tous les projets dans le secteur immédiat du QdesS se retrouvent dans le fil du QdesS. C'est un façon simple de regrouper les projets qui participent à la transformation de ce quartier, vu l'importance en nombre de ceux-ci.

Ce serait bien d'avoir une architecture audacieuse à cet endroit avec une base bien définie accueillant un Buddha-Bar. L'endroit idéal.
