It was written "plus de 50% des unités vendues " on the ad in La Presse today.

So probably 76+ sold since it has 152 residences.

They needed to get the demolition permit and then the construction permit. The demolition permit they just got a few weeks ago and the demolition should start in may or june the latest according to the sales office. The construction should start soon after i guess.

That's the new design, the old design gets thinnier at the top.

Also, it is still thaw season for quebec roads, which means trucks carry less weight, thus making demolition/digging more expensive at this time of year due to the increase in number of trucks needed
