Understood. But is there a height limit of say 120m for this particular lot, rather than just the 232.5m general limit?

I do not have the height limits map at hand but as I remember there are only few lots in downtown that are still available for 200m.+ and this is not one of them.

Alexcaban : I don't think it will stand out in teh skyline. Ther are too many taller building in the proximity -but it will stand out on the square !! Some condos will a have a very nice view : those on the south will have an unobstructed view because of the square and the lasts floors condos on the east might look over the Unity2.

Yarabundi is right. If a lot doesn't have a 200 meter limit, then it has a maximum of 120 meter limit. I do believe it is the case for this lot!

 

If you look at the latest renderings, you will see that the bottom part of the building(the podium) is about 9-10 floors. My guess is that this portion of the building will be used as office space. I kinda makes sense, seeing as the floor plates would be of 25,000 square feet!
