Aucune idée et rien de confirmé à ce jour. Cependant, les dernières nouvelles sur le marché des résidence pour personnes âgées n'étaient pas très bonnes (saturation).

C'est vrai. En tout cas, on va voir. Peut être, ils vont construire les condos (Phase III et IV.)

 

J'ai hate de voir le Phase I complet et le Parc municipale au centre de Place L'Acadie.

Ils devraient commencer le parc municipale au centre bientôt. Je vois, ils ont fait un peu de ménage autour de PhaseI.

Good news for the residents of Cite L'Acadie:

 

Almost $1.8 million was given to make the CPE. Next will be the municipal park right in the centre of Cite l'Acadie. Many more to come

Place l'Acadie is becoming a modern and beautiful place. The side walks are done, Phase II is about 60% done and now they are working on Municipal Park at the center of the compound. Now it looks pretty cool when you go there. It's clean and less dusty and construction work.

 

Next time, I go there, I will get some pix.

I have to say I hate the colours they've chosen for these projects. What's up with all the beige, brown and vomit orange on these buildings? I don't think they'll age well.

Non effectivement. Malgré que Cité l'Acadie n'est pas si mal.

Pourquoi des HLM doivent avoir cette couleur cheap? Convaincu que c'est possible de faire de plus beaux HLM.
