    Kubik Condos - 7 étages

Do you suggest me to buy a unit here? Please let me know. Thanks
  4. Phase 3 construction is started. Sales Office is open to public... Prices are $20K-$30K higher than phase 1 & 2.
  5. People already started living at Phase II. Looks great... December 2012, new tower at Place l'Acadie will start building.
  6. Le Groupe Tyron a commencé a appeler les future résidents pour l'inspection de leur unités. Etages 1 -8.
  7. I passed by Place l'Acadie yesterday and I saw the City is working to build the park. I think it should be ready soon:)
  9. Today, I discovered that Cite 2 Prestige (14-16 floors of cite l'acadie) which are selling for about $260K and up for a 41/2 are comparable to Jardin l'acadie. Although Jardin l'acadie is not part of Acces condo, but the project is very similar to Cite l'Acadie Prestige.
  10. Today, I went to check the prices for Phase2. Not bad... A 41/2 on the 6th floor about 280K. Comparing to Cite L'Acadie (Acces Condo), Jardin L'acadie is a little better in terms of kitchen countertops, A/C included and one extra bathroom. Now is it worth to pay $30K and+ more than Cite l'Acadie? I wouldn't , but it all depends on the person. If I spend another $5K-$7K on a unit at Cite l'Acadie, I guarantee you that I can make it 10 times better than Jardin l'Acadie.
  11. Well said Malek! Comparing to the rest of the units, it's luxury but if you really compare it to Luxury condos, then they aren't. Let's not forget that Luxury Condos don't cost $260K either. Look at prices for Condo Vue & Rouge...Min $300K for a nice 41/2 unit.
  12. Well, i think it's not really luxury. Definitely the units are a little more expensive than the ones with Acces Condo, but you are not entitled to the 10%. My friend went to see the units, a 41/2 about 850 sq ft with parking and few extras, such as granite counter tops, heated bathroom floor, A/C and etc cost about $260K. tax in. I, personally think they prices are reasonable...i am sure they will sell it at that price calling it luxury
  13. Cite 2 Prestige is Launched!! In Phase2, the top 3 floor (14-16) are luxury condos. The 45 unites are not related to Acces Condo. Groupe Tyron is selling them outside of the program. Good luck!
