Ça commence à monter, j'ai bien hâte de voir l'impact de cette tour sur R-B. Il serait intéressant de voir l'alignement de l'Odea avec le Duke au niveau de la rue.

Indeed.  Is the brick wall with the "Le Duke" banner on the lot line?  Will these two building actually touch at the point? Or will there be a dumb/useless little space between them?

Je crois qu'il y aura un petit espace où sont situés des trucs de ventilation. De l'autre côté cependant, il y a un mur commun avec l'entrée du garage du Duke.
