I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully they can demo the existing CN headquarters and include the land for a large project on a combined site.

We're still a few years away from the next upswing. BOC policy rate has to come down at least 100 bps. 150 - 200 bps and we'll be in good shape.

Pieces are there for a boom, but agreed with your points as well. These towers won't start right away, but just announcing confidence will spur more development and investments.

⬆️ N’oublions pas l’autre côté du stationnement étagé où se trouve présentement le 1060 Robert-Bourassa qui pourrait (peut-être) être éventuellement démoli afin de faire place à une nouvelle construction et permettre le redéveloppement au complet du quadrilatère entre Belmont et De La Gauchetière ???
