Yes,  they changed floor plan for several times,  even tho they didnt inform all buyers who bought the units until they found it out

Is it common in Montreal?  

 

Location is good . Price is cheap,  but they never considered to build since 2018

1190 mackay(calls: centra II, delivered in 2019) and 1180 crescent(calls:centraIII,delivered in 2020) were both built by the same developer as 1000 de la montagne.both of the buildings have been starting to leak before the delivery until now. 1180 crescent already became unfinished building. 1190 mackay had a pouring (leaking) inside last week. Some walls were already cracked 😭 The owners of the building tried to contact the developer, of course no any answer. ☹️The developer is never responsible and never respect any promise. Suggest to do your own research about this developer and his masterpieces before you consider to purchase the new one.

You gotta wonder how some of these residential condo buildings are going to age over the next 10-15-20 years. I hope the RBQ is doing their due dillegence when inspecting the construction process - anyone know if/how this is even done??

Easy, call the media and blast them/embarrass the developers on public television. I know people who have done the same when I was in Miami and it made them fix things haha. I also hope as go_habs_go said, that someone inspects the construction sight closely for this project, especially since there will be 719 units over 46-floors... if anything like that happens in a major project like this, it will not end well.

Également, la représentante me parle de 18 condos par étage, et elle ne peut me garantir l’hauteur finale mais quand je lui ai parlé de 145m à 160m, elle m’a dit que c’était plausible….

Sans pouvoir spécifier, ni confirmé…

Pour la livraison…

Fin 2022, les condos dans les premiers étages…. Fin 2023, la majorité des condos et 2024 pour les Penthouse…

Également, elle m’a confirmé le Groundbreaking pour dans quelques semaines, mais ça, @Ti-Pierre le savait déjà 😅😂🔥

Son voisin immédiat sera le Solstice (147.5m) et pas très loin il y a les Rocca (147m X 2) et l'Icône (146m). Donc même à 155m il ne démarquera pas vraiment de par sa hauteur, d'autant plus qu'il est est situé en contre-bas des 4 autres immeubles que je viens de mentionner. 😉
