  1. We not suppose to pay for brokers fees, this is not my deal, this is the promoter's deals. I am not gonna pay back the seats and offices they used. When I pay my deposite, its was for the condo not for the promoter's expenses. In my contract they dont say brokers fees. I am not gonna accept that
  2. The agent's commission are an agreement between the promoter and the agents. Buyers are not involve in that process. They must give back our money fully. We dont know the agent's agreements and we do not have to pay for this A good parts of agents even did not received anything from the promoter Something is wrong, they must have a serious money issue No trust anymore

  5. 1190 mackay(calls: centra II, delivered in 2019) and 1180 crescent(calls:centraIII,delivered in 2020) were both built by the same developer as 1000 de la montagne.both of the buildings have been starting to leak before the delivery until now. 1180 crescent already became unfinished building. 1190 mackay had a pouring (leaking) inside last week. Some walls were already cracked 😭 The owners of the building tried to contact the developer, of course no any answer. ☹️The developer is never responsible and never respect any promise. Suggest to do your own research about this developer and his masterpieces before you consider to purchase the new one.
  6. Surprised that people are still talking about this building. I thought it had been suspended long time ago. Please do your own research about this building and the developer thoughtfully. This building started to be lanched in 2017. I was one of the first buyers. The developer changed my unit plan and other clients plan right after both signed. He changed my unit plan for 8 times!!! He forced us to pay extra by keeping changing the unit plans. Almost all first buyers in 2017 cancelled or were cancelled by him. Its big scandel at that time. 4 years later now,they are still underground level 😂 . im very lucky to have purchased tour de canadian III which was lanched at the same time to centra condos. I already moved in in 2020 with peace and happiness. Its millions times worth than buying a shitty condos from a shitty developer. Dont be fooled by its "low price trap"
