Sérieux, c'est bien joli de balancer une telle info mais dans ces cas-là, soit on appuie nos dires avec du concret, soit on ne dit rien. 

Perso je préfère m'en tenir à la version pénurie de ciment qui semble plus crédible à ce stade ci.

Le probleme sa jamais ete la compagnie de coffrage ou un manque de beton juste simplement le client qui avais de probleme de son cote c'est tout. Le chantier va redemarrer lundi en force.

If you look at the Solstice webcams for today, the crane was in use and equipment and supplies were clearly being moved onto the site. The site certainly had some activity today.

This project is a very Chinese project.  I remember going to sales office and 1 seller was English/ French speaking and the other one was Cantonese or Mandarin speaking.

At the very least it's a poorly managed/planned project. It's been on hold since before the construction holidays... did they wake up one morning and realize they had to pour concrete??

Surprised that people are still talking about this building. I thought it had been suspended long time ago. Please do your own research about this building and the developer thoughtfully. This building started to be lanched in 2017. I was one of the first buyers. The developer changed my unit plan and other clients plan right after both signed. He changed my unit plan for 8 times!!! He forced us to pay extra by keeping changing the unit plans. Almost all first buyers in 2017 cancelled or were cancelled by him. Its big scandel at that time. 4 years later now,they are still underground level 😂 . im very lucky to have purchased tour de canadian III which was lanched at the same time to centra condos. I already moved in in 2020 with peace and happiness. Its millions times worth than buying a shitty condos from a shitty developer. Dont be fooled by its "low price trap"
