while i have confidence that these two towers occupy a different space in the market than almost anything else, i wish that they'd come forward a year earlier. roccabella or tom are not as vital to the city's urban fabric as these, it'll be a shame if they're not built.

May I hear your reasoning plz? How do they occupy a "different space in the market" and why do you think that Rocca and Tom are not as vital as Drummond?
