    hey guys this project is developed by the same promoters as quintessence (jadco), which just so happens to be across the street from the project" lumiere", it seems they wish to diversify and get into more affordable condos. it is intresting to see this project will be developed right next to a neiborhood of recently built single family homes, that is laval for you. the sales office is very impressive and is already complete. once both projects are completed it'll create a secluded urban area with sizeable residencial buildings. photos to come.

    phase 1- 100% sold phase 2- now under presale the crane is now present on site and the first building has reached ground floor, photos to follow.

    phase 1, 50% sold according to sign located on site. i guess people these days like moose pastures..

    st-leo, the sales office is already in place and they began drilling on site for a reason i dont know. from alll the advertisment i see in the area along with the daily work taking place on site i presume it is very likely it will be built, just over a long period of time as the villa latella. yet i agree with you that the costs are high when across the street there are luxury single unit housing not much more expensive than that. today i will take a photo of the site.

    hello everyone, i noticted the exact location of this project to be at 3707 blvd st-elzear ouest, between Rue Joachim-Du Bellay and Boulevard Chomedey, its is on the south side of the road. the sales office is now open and the land has already been cleared. i read upon this project on jadco construction's internet site and it reveals that it will consist of 5 luxury buildings as well as retail shops, restaurants, spa and health club http://www.jadcoresidences.com/ p.s. I apologize for not knowing how to use google earth to show its location more preciceley.

    au moment , 2 immeubles sont en construction avec 2 grues avec le preparation du'n autre site pour la quatrieme. ca bouge la bas.

    avestor a ete acquis par BatHium( un compagnie de batterie lithium et une groupe filiale du group francais dolloré) alors je pense pas que les employés on perdus leurs employ. car lusine a resté ou il été. http://www.bathium.com

    I realized while driving by the foundations were being worked on for for the 12 storey "tower" in phase 1, the rest of the site is under heavy preperation for the upcoming buildings et btw je peu pas convaincre quelqun a vivre la bas, jai assez des problemes ou j'habite a laval.
