ugh, what a cheapo design, like straight out of the cad, looks generic and obvious. at any rate, the increase in density on that site is awesome, and the floor plans and interior renders leave a nice taste in the mouth. will this be wood-on-a concrete podium, or will it be all concrete? not clear in the sales materials (here and here). if it's the former, then i would have expected far more on the finishings for the ludicrously high pricing, yikes.

Fall injures tower crane operator

A tower crane operator was rescued yesterday in Montreal, Canada, after he fell around five metres.

 

The man was reportedly climbing the tower and had almost reached the cab of the 35 metre high crane, when he slipped and fell around five metres inside the tower.

 

A specially trained team of fire fighters managed to bring him down safely on a stretcher. The man, 44, was taken to hospital and is said to be in stable condition and alert condition, he is suffering from lacerations on the back of his head and injuries to his arm.
