Ça reste à confirmer, mais la partie "hôtel" est nettement plus avancée que celle "appartement". Je suis convaincu que le Marriott ouvrira dès le début de l'été.

Are they adding new floors ? I am looking at it right now from my office and I think they're adding a new floor but I am not sure. The big square thing on top is moving around so I don't think it's the elevator unit but I might be wrong.

As for how many floors it still has to go (if any), here's my theory (and don't quote me on that!). When looking at the render, we can clearly see that the top 2 floors have a straight east side with no slope in it. On my picture the top floor still has a slope in it, which means we should get a least 2 more floors.
