That new render doesn’t take into account how 900 will tower over Le Montfort. Lol

Sur le rendu la BN n'a même pas atteint le niveau de l'Evo (105m) alors tu penses bien que le 900 en était à peine à l'étape de l'excavation.

Un autre projet qui a été présenté avant le 3X20 qui est entré en vigueur en 2021... le 1er avril (ça ne s'invente pas).

It's quite nice even if pretty generic-looking.  I'll take this over the pre-fab fiesta that is Griffintown.  

I echo Rocco here: a derogation of 30-40 metres here in exchange for a low income housing component should be proposed... dare I say it, by the city.  It's not even such an out-the-box idea... but for the political culture that is afraid of / dislike height.  Towers = bad.  Towers = damage quality of life.
