Je te soumets le rendu suivant car il semble apporter la réponse à ta question. C'est comme si le 11e et le 12e formaient un double étage sur l'ancien rendu.

Since it is not incongruous to what you have observed on the actual construction it is probably closer to the final design and the other renderings are probably outdated.

Which is a bit dismaying, as the cladding on the tower appears very dark here, and lacking the cross motif of the brighter off-white of the CM design.

Yes I have noticed that. On one rendering the cross motif corresponds to what we actually see in reality while on the other rendering we clearly see the double-story configuration you have observed.  Dismaying indeed. 😳

Sur les rendus antérieurs on voit clairement la configuration double-étage en haut du basilaire alors que les rendus plus récents correspondent davantage à la finition actuelle. Le produit final sera sans doute une mélange des deux.
