Vancouver est magnifique, mais c'est tellement cher que soit vous devez avoir une maison loin en banlieue, où acheter une vieille bicoque et passer 3 ans à la rénover (pour la famille de classe moyenne). Je connais un jeune couple qui a décider de déménager à Montréal, tellement ils ne pouvaient pas se permettre une vie "normale". Calgary? Le niveau culturel de la ville... enfin. Passons. The choice of variables and assigned weights is highly subjective, debatable and prone to bias. I've seen lists where New York is #1, and here New York isn't even in the top 10.
