    Everything in white??? Unfortunately it's only a matter of time before the squeegee punks, druggies,drunks,bums and other losers make a complete mess of the whole area

    By the time Dinu and his gang get through with this project it'll be a stubby 22-28 storey tower (if it ever gets build) on a somewhat related topic anyone remember what the orignal Guy Favreau was suppose to be,if I recall correctly the project called for the construction of a 35-40 storey tower (that is until it got scaled down to the mess we have today)

    $35 million? are you sure it's not $135 million

    So what we have is the Seville part 2 only worse ,so much for spending millions on creating the Quartier des Spectacles than have an entire city block of abandoned buildings in the middle of Montreal's showcase district

    Bottom line that area has turned into a spectacular eyesore with or without the graffiti, what's our great mayor doing to fix this mess? at least cover the buildings with that netting they used on that Balmoral building (it would give the impression something is being done)

    most of the murals were crap and deserved to be painted over,this area has become the biggest embarrassment for the city of Montreal, at least the Seville mess was off the beaten track

    Why call a project "Altitude" then build a 24 storey building ,why not just put up a 57 storey tower?

    Sadly it took over 20 years to start fixing the disaster area around the Seville only to be stuck with an even worse eyesore on St-Laurent (next to this project) one step forward two steps back

    Wasn't a developer forced by the city to dismantle a completed floor a couple of years ago (around Viger and St.Hubert)

    Montreal seems to be a graveyard for American fastfood restaurants,Burger king and Wendys got virtually wiped out downtown,Arby's and Red lobster came and went ,Dunkin donuts is getting killed by Tim Hortons,Taco Bell doesn't seem to making any progress and the list goes on and on
