  1. Terrain de l'OACI (Westcliff) et South Block aussi
  2. Wow, that brand new Putzmeister pump is a beauty !!!
  3. Probably a two-storey penthouse with a mezzanine
  4. I don't think he's dismissing the idea, but rather stating that it's very low priority in comparison to other on-island projects (and will be for quite some time, regardless of Mirabel's population growth).
  5. I love that football/soccer fields were integrated into the design. They're just as, if not more, important than parks!
  6. The planks are at an angle because they are covering the top of the waler, which is the beam that the tiebacks are going through (and that help support the soldier piles).
  7. The produce/vegetables from the IGA roof are amazing. Really great initiative and worth the slightly higher price.
  8. Absolutely... especially if you're looking for a revenue property.
  9. I was on des Sources yesterday. Marie is closing in quickly! Almost at the Verti-Store / Belle Pro building
  10. Went by the sales office yesterday afternoon. Some observations: 1. Project is already +/- 50% sold (officially went on sale on Aug 22nd) 2. A 653 sqft 1 bedroom + den condo on the 9th floor facing the courtyard is $404K (tax in with a parking and locker) 3. The render we have is outdated. The new one has less glazing and more brick. 4. Good amenities (pool, fitness center, co-working space, game room etc.) 5. Delivery in spring 2023.
  11. This on the border of Bois-Franc so I think it will be a very popular project. It is also a very quick bus ride to the Bois-Franc REM station (5 minutes down Cavendish and another 2-3 on Henri-Bourrassa) or Cote-Vertu metro station (about 15 minute bus ride).
  12. If the project was canceled, Synergy would have already dismantled their cranes. It's officially on hold (6-8 month delay) pending the economic outlook of the retail sector. Obviously there's a strong chance that it could be canceled but it's much more likely that the project will be revised. To be continued...
  13. A good question for REM Info. I'm sure they would be able to give you an answer. Personally I think it's because of aerial space constraints. The Tour D'Aiguillage, bridge, building on Wellington with the Pharmaprix etc. would hinder the launcher. A lot more open space, and easier curves on the WI branch.
  14. Lots of action on the WI branch yesterday, particularly near Blvd St-Jean, where the REM will cross the 40.
  15. Un terminus peut toujours être relocalisé
  16. Difficile à dire, ca depend toujours de la ville. But still in the very early design stage. No, this one:
  17. On that note, stay tuned for the South Block land
  18. Until everything is built it up around it at the RioCan Centre That being said, the branch between St-Charles and Parc des Benevoles will definitely dominate the skyline.
