It is so nice to get some information of le 1248.

 

I recently reserved one unit.

Everything looks fine.

But... after the reservation, they told me the contract was not ready

and I have to wait for a couple days. Now it has been 3 weeks.

 

I am not so pleased with that... don't know what to do...

Really? Happy to hear that. We might be neighbors soon.

 

This is my very first condo. Don't have any experience, so I was worried my deposit... I went to the office again yesterday.: P

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait pourquoi on a construit des «trottoirs» en asphalte plutôt que de véritables trottoirs en béton autour de cet édifice? Est-ce temporaire?

Ça doit sûrement être en attente d'autres travaux ( hydro, gaz naturel, etc) car l'asphalte est plus simple / moins chère à défaire.
