Sûrement. Ils veulent écouler leur stock de brique rouge cheap. Ça pas d'allure. Je vois ça après avoir vu la tour obèse horrible de Bass 4. Où va Montréal???

I really like this one. A million times better than the Drummond twins and anything on Bishop or Crescent. 

Slim building + dark red brick + no balconies = win.

J'aime beaucoup ce genre de projet.  Un coté mince et élancé, un look semi industriel avec de la belle brique bourgogne. Le seul hic c'est évidemment le mur rideau du coté nord.

There are no heritage buildings on that strip (see what I did there? 😝) so the rest of the low-rises will get snapped up and demolished relatively quickly after one or two talls go in. It will be a canyon of 80m condos in a hurry.
