Je ne suis pas certain de ce que cela implique, mais mon soupçon d'amateur est que c'est une technique pour retirer des sols glaiseux ou contaminés.

That is the former site of a gas station. The whole lot was owned by Suncor.

Oui le terrain se fait décontaminer, ça ce fait pas en 2 semaines
