griffintown YOO Montréal - 20 étages (2017)

I am very interested in this building, but i don't get why the parking spot (50k) is so expensive for Griffintown!

 

Has any one had any experience/luck negotiating a price for pre-constructed buildings?

I'm sure with a definite I'm buying now if you give me a spot for 30k they'll say yes...most people trying to sell off the rest of a project like this have some leeway...

Thanks! I will try to see if I can get the price reduce with an offer.. it is at 70% sold and I was hoping they would rather get some units sold at a discount.

Good luck! In my experience, price is firm, but they will include more things "for the same price". For my unit in another project, I could get some modifications, extra lighting, doors, condo fees for a year, etc. But price was not changed. That said, once the building was finished, the remaining units were at a small discount (but imo less desirable)

That said, Yoo is really one of the nicest project. I especially like the radiant floors and the bathroom styles!
