jesseps Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 The Toronto Board of Trade's Scorecard on Prosperity ranks 24 cities based on economy and labour attractiveness #20 Montreal Rounding out the top 20, Montreal battled some highs and some lows. With a high number of teachers comparitive to its population, a large immigrant population, the fourth lowest homicide rate and relatively high housing affordability, there’s no doubt the city is an attractive place to live.
