Malheureusement, il me semble que ce ne serait pas facilement faisable. ÀMHA l’antenne de l’aéroport serait mieux desservie par une navette entre BF et YUL, et donc avec une troisième voie à BF (sur le côté nord, avec une plateforme centrale) — surtout s’il y aura un jour une autre antenne vers Laval. Je suppose qu’il y a de la place pour une plateforme étroite entre les voies, mais ça me paraît un peu trop serrée pour desservir des voyageurs avec valises.

Already, sending a light metro to Sunnybrooke and beyond is wasteful, but it was part of the deal with CDPQi to guarantee service to YUL. Putting light metros out to every corner of the metropolis and beyond? It makes no sense at all. Any area within 3 km of a (potential) line that has a density lower than around 3000/km² would be much better served by modern suburban or regional EMU trains.

Nous aurons des voitures autonomes dès l’été prochain. Elles vont être attachées en rames de deux ou quatre à la fois, et circuleront sur une route dédiée entre Brossard et le centre-ville à chaque couple de minutes. À part de ça, rien d’autre de spéciale.
