If they don’t tunnel under the existing tracks, the RB station can’t be between 1PVM and the Queen E. It won’t be a hub. Even with the tunnel, it will be about as easy to transfer from REM-B to -A (or exo) as to get from the Yellow line to the Voyageur terminal at Berri.
From the looks of it in person it will be well-enclosed. The roof even extends a bit over the tracks to keep heavy rain from falling directly on riders as they embark/disembark.
Va falloir que tu fouilles dans le passé du forum; les connex pietonnières/cyclistes, on en parle depuis quatre ans.
“Les aménagements
urbains autour des stations sont de
responsabilité municipale.” Lol
The glass at the station is actually quite nice overall, but boy does this design stand out in the West Island. Will wait to see how the area is landscaped.
Notice the epoxy diaper they are using here that we haven’t seen before. The clearance is very small here between the express lanes on the westbound 40 and chemin Ste-Marie.
So if CDPQi builds the stations in the middle of the 440 it’ll be up to Laval to make sure people can get to them? I’d rather hope the Caisse builds stations where at least some of the people can get to them.
Ah ok. I know “BS” comme tu l’as utilisé, mais qu’en parlant. En lecture, pour moi “BS” égale toujours “boulechitte”. 😂
Mais disons-le, le REM-B/-2/-de-l’Est est déjà du BS (les deux formes).
