Je ne prétends pas avoir la moindre idée de ce à quoi peuvent ressembler les segments aériens proposés, mais j'ai longtemps dit que je trouvais que les mauvaises connexions et la capacité maximale ridiculement faible (qui ne sera pas extensible à l'avenir) sont mes principales plaintes vis-à-vis le REM-B tel que proposé. [Il ne me reste plus de réactions à donner pour le moment, or I’d give the quoted post a “like”.]

Up until the leaked preliminary studies two months ago forced them to admit that alternatives would be studied, the Caisse maintained a “take it or leave it” attitude, the antithesis of “good faith.”

Si “consultations” est un raccourci pour “réagir au chiâlage quasi unanime des médias et du public”, alors oui, je m'excuse d'avoir démontré peu de foi. De la “mauvaise foi”, c'est carrément mentir sur l'effondrement des gratte-ciels et des impossibilités, au lieu de terminer (et dévoiler au publique) toutes les études nécessaires pour mener à bien un projet acceptable à tout le monde.

C’est en plein ça: c’est banal parce que personne ne l’utilise hors de ces forums et groupes de geeks!

Sauf qu'il s'agit de propriétés privées, et que la commission de toponymie de la ville n'a rien à voir avec le nom, qui remonte probablement à l'acquisition par le Canadian Northern Railway des trois “blocks” de terrain, du portail du tunnel sous Cathcart jusqu’à St-Antoine en 1908.

I’m not sure anyone in 2015 realized they were given the keys to the kingdom. REM-A was a testbed to see just how much they could get away with — a LOT — so REM-B will be bulldozed into being with no consultation or concession.

Honestly, I’d never heard the exo Mansfield terminal (and the parking lot on the east corner, as well as the land under the tracks) referred to as the “South Block Lands” until the speculation in these forums began.
