  1. I dunno, did they really need to commission Sid Lee and pay them big bucks to come up with what is essentially an airport jet bridge?
  2. Over Kirkland and Pointe-Claire? Maybe they're counting how many couleuvres brunes are around and devising how they can announce that this non-threatened species is "threatened anywhere developers want to build."
  3. Like Dubai Mall metro station to the Burj Khalifa... 820 metres long.
  4. FWIW a helo just went by over Pierrefonds and it's not showing in FR24 😄
  5. The storms were reported beginning Sunday afternoon. If you've experienced strong auroral activity, you'll know it sounds like thunder and avant-garde synthesizer music, and maybe even engines. https://www.earth.com/news/severe-solar-storm-will-generate-auroras-as-far-south-as-alabama/
  6. I keep waiting for bigger companies from GTA and Vancouver to swoop in and profit from our relatively low prices here, but nothing is happening. There has to be a reason why big players like Concord Pacific and Pinnacle are avoiding Montreal, while others like RioCan are divesting.
  7. It activates my Tourette when I think how much they charge to have look from 30 metres up.
  9. lol yeah I don't think you get do-overs at your job, eh?
  10. Have we asked any other "credible organizations in public transport planning" for proposals? Ones with better pedigrees and tons more experience, like RATP, MTR, SLTA, Kéolis, others?
  11. Were you there?😄I didn't have time to join the fun upstairs.
  12. Don't forget that Q1 last year was below 2019, attributable to weather events for a good part, but also because it was the tail end of the recovery.
  13. True. Last year it was natural to compare to the previous "normal" year, but we should indeed be comparing only to '23 now.
  14. March transborder and especially international have been as busy as I've seen🥵. 11 days to go in the month and I wouldn't be surprised if both have already eclipsed 2023 and maybe even 2019.
  15. If only delays were our biggest problem. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  16. I hadn't even realized all the cranes were gone. I'd be shocked if there will be a Phase 2.
  17. I love that the concrete in all the renders is blotchy and stained like in reality.
  18. The rounded corners are cute. Will be a nice 60s throwback if it comes to fruition.
