    I love the rendering; really hope it happens.

    This plan has some really forward thinking that goes beyond just another condo development. Vertical farming is the way to go: all year farming gives us independence from imported food, reduces transportation costs and lowers our footprint. It's about time we started thinking about the future instead of just replicating our mistakes of the past.

    A footbridge over the 40 across from REM station might work (buses will get caught in traffic on the St Jean overpass)

    It is funny how they stopped development of a parking lot in Fairview but let projects across the highway develop without a second htought. Politics

    It has always made sense to me that malls should be developed into satellites with both offices and housing. It is a win-win-win situation. I am glad to see someone else thinks the same way.

    They appear to be merging the two existing apartments by filling in what used to be parking. They are using that styrofoam "Lego" technique. Still nothing about it online.
