    Ecoutez Le Canal est en partie coop et cette partie du projet est tres bien réussi et harmonisée avec l'ensemble du projet. Les autres coops Griffintown sont tout simplement impardonnable du point de vue esthétique et architecturale rien de moins.

    La question a peut être déjà été poser ici ou sur le thread REM mais n’aurait-il pas été plus sage de prolonger le REM en phase 2 vers l'est pour la somme prévu du prolongement de la ligne bleue ?

    Pleased in the sense that if a repurpose of this building was the only option yes it's wonderful transformation. Look if I was Lord and Dictator over Ville Marie I'd mandate all new construction be at least 30 stories between Guy and Jeanne Meance from Sherbrooke to St. Antoine. But that's me. Yes I'd rather see a tall pile of new glass and steel but if this wasn't possible for whatever reason then yes this is quite an improvement.

    We still haven't seen the exterior cladding but this has the makings of a wonderful transformation.

    Perhaps but this feels more airy and light. Je passe tellement souvent en face de la maison etudiant je ne le remarque meme plus.
