    I drove by yesterday (In fact my car might be in that shitty traffic cluster**ck) and it looked splendid. You don't really see the top from the street.

    I'm gonna guess it's temporary until at least the lot next door is complete. Would make sense to redo it all at once. But realistically it's gonna stay temporary for the next 10-15 years.
