    Sorry no pictures. I drove by this morning and it was absolutely stunning. The arches (as seen on Brick's pix) are mostly finished. Let's just hope the Square d'youville building that just burned down gets the same treatment (unlikely)

    Wish Quinzecent's podium looked a bit more like this... I'm not a huge fan of the "tower" portion and its bizarre setbacks. but overall it's better than before for sure.

    I've never liked the north side of saint-antoine between University (!!!) and up to Peel. Completely cold, uninviting and devoid of anything remotely interesting.

    Some decent progress. At least two townhouses are going up. Mansion looking great. New visual. Still surprised they put some wannabe park in the middle instead of another couple units, seeing how the river is just across the street.
