    About 2 weeks ago I drove by on my way to Messorem. I saw a bunch of important looking people wearing ties, brand new safety vests and ceremonial hard hats. Two cop cars and an SUV that said Sécurité Montréal (the mayor's guards?) No news since? Did we miss the memo?
