    I think work at Jolicoeur metro is FINALLY wrapping up too. it doesn't like finished at all, but they're taking down the fences...

    I'm personally thinking of 1450 City Councillors and 1435 saint-alexandre as ideal conversion candidates. Ideally with some kind of recladding... 1450 itself is about 40-50% empty...

    drove by today and noticed that the tunnel walls themselves were fully recladded with enormous aluminum panels, on which they were currently painting large evacuation signs.

    This implies that they ever catch anyone in the act. My neighbor was a fireman in Verdun/Ville-Emard and he said the only times they'd ever catch them was badly injured from a fall, or straight up dead (turcot)

    Marguerite-Hay house, built in 1853 One of the few original buildings still standing in Faubourg Quebec along with Caserne 7 (1898). Built after the 1852 fire.

    Yes it's an absolute shame but I suppose they couldn't acquire all lots. Also note that it used to be one big-ass lot before 2020
