  5. LOL @ calling it "old montreal" but man this restaurant looks amazing!!! https://montreal.eater.com/2022/12/14/23507738/old-montreal-neo-tokyo-cyberpunk-ramen-bar-blade-runner-remake-noodles
  6. I think work at Jolicoeur metro is FINALLY wrapping up too. it doesn't like finished at all, but they're taking down the fences...
  7. I'm personally thinking of 1450 City Councillors and 1435 saint-alexandre as ideal conversion candidates. Ideally with some kind of recladding... 1450 itself is about 40-50% empty...
  8. I mean men will call their cars, skidoos, bikes "she" as well. anything that exudes some kind of masculinity.
  9. oman that is such a cool **cking picture I work in that building but I was never able to make it anywhere near the last couple floors. security even kicked me out once...
  10. drove by today and noticed that the tunnel walls themselves were fully recladded with enormous aluminum panels, on which they were currently painting large evacuation signs.
  11. Am I crazy or does the guy keep swerving in and out of the reserved bus lane. That camera angle is disturbing LOL Never been to that part of town, thanks for sharing. so the SRB stops just before Laval right? That's what they're working on towards the end of the video?
  12. This implies that they ever catch anyone in the act. My neighbor was a fireman in Verdun/Ville-Emard and he said the only times they'd ever catch them was badly injured from a fall, or straight up dead (turcot)
  13. So they have some kind of bar in the building?
  14. Marguerite-Hay house, built in 1853 One of the few original buildings still standing in Faubourg Quebec along with Caserne 7 (1898). Built after the 1852 fire.
  15. yeah and going through angrignon is not much of a detour. it's actually kind of smooth now.
  16. November 18 -- I think it's topped
  17. Yes it's an absolute shame but I suppose they couldn't acquire all lots. Also note that it used to be one big-ass lot before 2020
  18. Yep this actually blows my mind. Second time this year...
  19. By easily I mean its couronnement really pops
  20. Can easily see this one all the way in Verdun (on Bannantyne at least)
