  1. We have been behind since the 70s. Welcome to Quebec!
  2. I agree. Montreal has become a real dump. Graffiti everywhere on the highways driving into downtown and roads are horrendous. You would think you are driving into Detroit.
  3. Don't be fooled by that rendering. That white prefab will end up being grey just like the AC Hotel.
  4. Yikes!! You can easily mistake this for a Detroit or Baltimore city block.
  5. I count 46 floors on the above rendering. Why does the heading say 40 floors?
  6. Major downtown blunder along with his shorter siamese twin.
  7. Should be at least 30 floors. The contrast between this and the Dorchester is laughable.
  8. Are they serious??? I can't believe the city approved this.
  9. Je connais seulement un Newman...
  10. Now this one here is a real joke. Who's at the helm at city hall accepting these mediocre projects?? 89m residential on a down slope right in front of a 205m goliath wtf???
  11. Are you guys seriously applauding this?? Once more, no originality in design. Just another square box. The truth hurts but its the truth.
  12. There is Mississauga, then there is this... Laval needs to up their game for Christ sake!
  13. Good news. That building was an eyesore.
  14. I can confirm that it is indeed open. I just used the exit from the 15.
  15. Preparation grue en cours pour les 2 projets!
  16. What Griffintown shouldve looked like...
  17. As far as looks go, it is mediocre. I really hope they do something about the exposed cement pillars.
  18. Cette strip noir sur le top de TDC2, c'est tu permanente??
  19. Si seulement Lewis Hamilton savait ce qui se passe avec le TOM. Il aurait surement fouetter Denis
  20. Wont be too long. I give it 2 years max before this lot is developed. Most likely scenario is that Brocolini buys the lot and bureau en gros moves into the Victoria tower. Quick swap!
