If there really is another 5 floors to go, it will be just as tall, if not taller then the complex Desjardins. I remember one person stating a while back that one of the construction workers told him that the tower would be taller then the complexe Desjardins. Who knows!

Its 40 floors of condos and 8 floors above ground of parking for a total of 48 floors.

The crane for this tower is up. It can now be seen in the nuns island skyline.

One guy on skyscraperpage claims that this tower will get scaled down to 40 floors without any news source to back up this claim and the whole board starts panicking. SMH! I will wait for an official announcement before speculating.
