    I think average ticket sales would double if a ballpark would to be built in or near the downtown core. Ticket sales suffered greatly at the Big O due to 1) the poor location of the stadium and 2) the lack of ambiance of the Big O. I don't think it had anything to do with the lack of public support for the team.

    From TDC 1 webcam, we can observe that the old Avenue sales office is already half demolished!

    Great news! This area will be booming with cranes in no time with the Icone crane not too far off as well!

    Seems quite odd that little in the form of prep work was done to solidify the base of the crane before installation.

    Looks like they are either pumping out water or pooring concrete for the base of the crane if im not mistaken!

    The Montreal Trust or newly named Bell Media tower right beside is listed at 134m. This tower will be a shy shorter thus the estimate of 120m-130m.

    As far as height is concerned, this tower looks to be between 120m-130m. I'll take it!

    Until they sign a major tenant, there will be no construction! Just look at 900 Maisonneuve as an example.
