So if this tower sells out within a couple weeks, they will most likely add units and increase the height (hopefully to at least 40 floors if the height increase is approved of course), subsequently launching the second tower shortly thereafter!

I agree. But whats equally absurd is how out of place the pre-fab TDC1 will look surrounded by more modern looking glass towers. Cadillac Fairview dropped the ball big time with this one!

My estimate is that sales will begin this fall with construction beginning spring 2016

Why is everybody complaining??? Are you guys kidding me?? The design is not that much different then the previous proposal aside from the CH logos. More height and more glass is what Montreal needs and all i hear is a bunch of cry babies!!! Would you have preferred another pre-fab 120m proposal??? Pathetic!!!
