    Why not develop 600 Peel first with a bunch of 120 meter towers? By the time its completed, a new mayor may be in place and it would give them the possibility to have another stab at a derogation for 750 Peel.

    If i'm not mistaken, the portion of the lot where the tower is being built is zoned 200m whereas the other portions are zoned 65m.

    Blame Montreal's height restrictions. However, they could've built less floors to accommodate the original triangular top design. But why trade-off sales for design 🤷‍♂️
