Selon emporis, les deux tours, le Tour Bell Canada et le Tour de la Banque Nationale, ont chacun 28 étages et mesure 128m en hauteur.

? those are the only units that would not have office towers in their immediate views. both southern, and esp. the western views have many more buildings built in promixity, and many much higher that the condo tower, notably the national bank tower just across the street.

That, and the fact that they're trying to sell premium-size (~1200 pc) units on the northern end of the building. Why they decided to arrange the floor plan such that the largest units face the north is beyond me. I obviously haven't seen their market research, but Prevel's experience should hint that Kevric would have more success if they chopped up the two northern units into four 600 pc units.
