Completely agree with your assessment. In regards to buying as an investment property, I would advise against buying in certain neighborhoods (for the reasons you mentioned). That kind of negative cash flow is too heavy a burden for most people/investors. There are, however, plenty of opportunities to buy in areas like St-Michel, Parc Ex, HoMa, as well as most off-island boroughs, that represent great investment potential!

Si c'est ton seul argument pour fermer complètement l'économie.

Le  non respect des consignes c'est universel, mon cher. C est partout en Occident !

Combien de gens sont partis dans le Sud ? Combien de Québécois ont fait le party ? Une forte minorité de la population ? MÊME PAS.

On ne ferme pas une économie complètement pour ça.

La grande panique dans les hôpitaux. La capacité d'accueil n'est même pas à 50 %

Des h... de responsables de la santé publique qui imposent leurs vues aux politiques en se foutant des conséquences sur l'économie. Les principaux concernés sertont heureux d'apprendre ça !

À ce stade-ci un confinement généralisé NE CHANGERA RIEN. C'est effectivement n'importe quoi.

Personnellement, JE RESPECTE TOUTES LES CONSIGNES, MAIS DANS CE DOSSIER JE FAIS AU GOUVERNEMENT UN DOIGT D'HONNEUR ET À TOUS CES H... DE RESPONSABLES DE LA SANTÉ PUBLIQUE JE LEUR DIS : GO F.... YOURSELF !

Imposer un confinement total en Gaspésie, en Abitibi, ou sur la Côte-Nord où il n'y a pratiquement pas de cas : DE LA FOUTAISE !

IL y a 194 PERSONNES AUX SOINS INTENSIFS pour tout le Québec ! 194 !

Mais c'est la panique générale au sein du pouvoir alerté par Arruda et sa bande de fous braques !

194 sounds like a small number right...How many beds does an average ICU have in Montreal you think?

I work in one so i will let you know that most have about 35 beds max. If you do the math thats almost 6 complete ICUs so far just of covid and counting. The major ICUs are in the Montreal and Quebec city region. So yes things are not good at all and is at a critical level. This week alone we canceled 8 cardiac surgeries at our hospital for lack of ICU beds.
