They Clad One Floor in the past two months for Square 1... And yess, they were also the Holiday vacancy for the worker included in that period... But still, there's definitively a slowing down in their construction site !

 Brivia, Devimco, Brocco, all are in trouble and laid people off... 

This is why we need to open the market to international developers. Too many of the same players here, once they fail, so do the rest.
