Funny how this project is TOTALLY turned to itself with almost non-existant relation to the surrounding streets, yet they have the nerve to say they are open toward the neighbourhood. The inside plaza is enclosed like a sarcophagus, TOTALLY dead at all times (no pun intended) and feels VERY claustrophobic (again no pun) due to its tight configuration with the immense surrounding new buildings. The configuration on street level (below the Notre-Dame hyperstructure) is godawful and a pedestrian nightmare. This is typical marketing spit. No, the neighbors will never come there. Yes, its cute. Thats it.

That's correct, there's only one floor left to be leased now.
